WinTriX issues call for $300 million 10½% senior notes due 2026

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 18 – WinTriX DC Group, formerly Chindata Group Holdings Ltd., issued a notice of redemption for all of its $300 million of 10½% senior notes due 2026, according to a company notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Jan. 26.

The issuer is a Beijing-based data center operator.
