Chicago, Dec. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $75,000 of 0% daily observation notes due Oct. 29, 2027 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 Daily Risk Control 10% Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the index return based on the highest daily closing level, with a minimum payout of par.
The highest closing level will be any day from the Oct. 26, 2022 pricing date to the Oct. 26, 2027 observation date.
