Prima Wawona’s official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 23 – MVK FarmCo LLC, which does business as Prima Wawona, had its official committee of unsecured creditors appointed, according to a notice filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The members are Brifo Land, LLC, based in Littleton, Colo., Veritiv Operating Co., based in Atlanta, Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc., based in Loveland, Colo., Verdegaal Brothers, Inc., based in Hanford, Calif., and Allen Lund Co., based in La Canada, Calif.

Prima Wawona is Fresno, Calif.-based producer of stone fruit. The company filed bankruptcy on Oct. 13 under Chapter 11 case number 23-11721.
