EiDF signs €20 million financing agreement with Alpha Blue Ocean

Los Angeles, Sept. 28 – Energia, Innovacion y Desarrollo Fotovoltaico, SA (EiDF) entered into a €20 million financing agreement with Alpha Blue Ocean, according to a press release.

Alpha Blue Ocean said the agreement enables EiDF to address its current financial needs while optimizing its financial structure and that the “strategic balance between debt and equity ensures long-term viability, sustainable growth, and will support the company’s pipeline of projects.”

EiDF is a solar panel company based in Spain.
