Fitch fixes Light & Wonder rating

Fitch Ratings said it corrected its Aug. 9 release on Light & Wonder to list Light & Wonder International, Inc. rather than Light &Wonder Inc. as the issuer.

The ratings remain unchanged at BB/RR4. Also unchanged is the use of proceeds, which will be used to refinance Light &Wonder, Inc.’s 8 5/8% senior unsecured notes due 2025.

The outlook is stable.
