Mercy Iowa City’s official committee of pensioners formed

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 6 – Mercy Iowa City had an official committee of pensioners appointed to its case, according to a notice filed Saturday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa.

The committee includes seven individuals based in Iowa.

The Iowa City-based hospital filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Aug. 7 under case number 23-00623.
