New Issue: China’s Bijie Shengfeng Agricultural prices $40 million 4.9% bonds due 2024 at par

Buffalo, N.Y., June 6 – Bijie Shengfeng Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. priced $40 million of 4.9% bonds due 2024 at par, according to a listing notice with an appended offering circular on Tuesday.

Haitong International is the placing agent for the Regulation S bonds.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes which include, but are not limited to, developing the company’s trading business and increasing registered capital of its subsidiaries.

Application will be made to list the bonds on the Hong Kong Exchange.

Based in China’s Bijie City, the issuer serves the dual purposes of supporting social and economic development in the city as well as achieving business growth.
