Griffin Global Asset Management unit starts roadshow for $1 billion two-part offering of notes

Portland, Me., May 22 – GGAM Finance Ltd. started a roadshow for a $1 billion offering of three-year and five-year senior bullet notes on Monday, according to a market source.

An investor conference call is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. ET on Monday with the roadshow to run through Wednesday.

BofA Securities Inc. (bill & deliver), Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC are joint lead bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

Barclays, BMO Capital Markets Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and SG Americas Securities LLC are joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay the company’s warehouse facility and for general corporate purposes.

GGAM Finance is an aircraft leasing company formed by Griffin Global Asset Management.
