S&P rates Kodit bonds AA

S&P said it rated Kodit Global 2023-1 Co. Ltd.’s planned global dollar-denominated bonds AA.

“We equalize our rating on the bonds with the long-term foreign-currency issuer credit rating on the guarantor, Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (Kodit; AA/stable/A-1+). The issue rating is based on Kodit's unconditional, timely, and irrevocable guarantee,” S&P said in a press release.
