Legacy Cares reports $1.78 million net loss for March

Olympia, Wash., April 19 – Legacy Cares, Inc. reported a $1.78 million net loss for March on zero gross income/sales, according to a monthly operating report filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona.

To compare, the company reported a $1.91 million net loss for February on zero gross income/sales.

The cash balance at the end of March was $1.11 million, the same as at the end of February.

Legacy Cares is a non-profit corporation that owns Legacy Park, formerly known as Bell Bank Park, a 320-acre sports and entertainment complex in Mesa, Ariz. The company filed bankruptcy on May 1, 2023 under Chapter 11 case number 23-02832.
