S&P: Carmike Cinemas unchanged

Standard & Poor's said that Carmike Cinemas Inc.'s (B/negative) announcement that it will delay filing its SEC Form 10-K for up to 15 days does not affect the ratings on the company at this time.

Although the delay does not currently affect Carmike's rating, the agency said it could view as a concern further delays beyond the 15-day period.
