Carmike Cinemas seeks credit facility amendment led by JPMorgan

New York, Feb. 24 - Carmike Cinemas Inc. is looking to amend its existing credit facility, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the left lead bank on the deal.

Lender consents towards the amendment are due on March 1.

Carmike Cinemas is a Columbus, Ga.-based digital cinema and 3D motion picture exhibitor.
