Firebirds Wood Fired Grill gets $185 million financing via Comvest

Los Angeles, April 26 – Firebirds Wood Fired Grill obtained a $185 million senior secured credit facility from Comvest Credit Partners, according to a press release.

The financing will support the acquisition of the company by private equity firm Garnett Station Partners and fund ongoing business growth.

Firebirds is a Charlotte, N.C.-based restaurant chain operator.
