Carlyle Group to repay senior facility borrowings via note offering

Minneapolis, March 25 - Carlyle Group LP plans to repay outstanding borrowings under the term loan of its senior credit facility with the proceeds of a senior note offering, according to a press release.

Carlyle is a Washington, D.C.-based asset management firm.
