Al Rajhi Sukuk to issue dollar-denominated five-year senior bonds

Lexington, Ky., March 29 – Al Rajhi Sukuk Ltd. will issue dollar-denominated five-year senior bonds to be listed on the London Stock Exchange, according to a pre stabilization notice.

The minimum subscription is $200,000.

There is an over-allotment option.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the stabilization coordinator.

Al Rajhi Capital, Emirates NBD Capital, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC Bank plc, KFH Capital and Standard Chartered Bank are the stabilization managers.

Al Rajhi Bank is a Saudi Arabia-based bank.
