Mountain Express’ official committee of unsecured creditors formed

Olympia, Wash., April 4 – Mountain Express Oil Co.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The members are Necessity Retail REIT, Inc., based in Newport, R.I., Total Image Solutions, LLC, based in South Hill, Va., and Coca-Cola Bottling Co. United, Inc., based in Birmingham, Ala.

The Alpharetta, Ga.-based fuel distributor filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 18 under case number 23-90147.
