San Diego, March 23 - Advisors Asset Management, Inc. registered three unit investment trusts in separate S-6 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Advisors Disciplined Trust 821 will consist of the Business Development Company Opportunities Portfolio, Series 2012-2.

Advisors Disciplined Trust 864 will consist of the Peroni Growth Portfolio, Summer 2012 Series.

Advisors Disciplined Trust 865 will consist of the Equity Dividend & Income Closed-End Portfolio, Series 2012-2.

No other information was given in the filings.
