Moody's rates Carlisle notes Baa2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Baa2 rating to the planned senior unsecured multi-tranche notes of Carlisle Cos. Inc. Carlisle's Baa2 senior unsecured ratings and stable outlook remain unchanged.

The company will use the proceeds to repay the balance on the company's revolver of about $650 million, which was used to fund a portion of the previously announced acquisition of Henry Co., and for general corporate purposes.
