S&P gives Carlisle notes BBB

S&P said it gave its BBB issue-level rating to Carlisle Cos. Inc.'s planned senior unsecured notes. The notes will be issued in two tranches, due in 2023 and 2032.

The company plans to use the proceeds to repay amounts on its credit facilities and for general corporate purposes. Carlisle’s other ratings, including its BBB issuer rating, are unchanged.
