S&P: Caris unchanged

Standard & Poor's said the B rating on Caris Diagnostics Inc. is not affected by its announced acquisition by Miraca Holdings Inc.

S&P said it expects the company's rated bank debt to be repaid as part of the transaction, which is expected to close in late November 2011.

At that time, the agency said it will withdraw the company's ratings.
