225 Bowery amends timeline under bid procedures for hotel

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 1 – 225 Bowery LLC amended the timeline under the bid procedures for its hotel in Manhattan, according to a notice filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Under the bid procedures, the auction is now scheduled for Jan. 18. The date of the sale hearing is to be determined.

The bid deadline was 10 a.m. ET on Nov. 7.

The New York-based hotel property owner filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Jan. 24, 2023 under case number 23-10094.
