New Issue: Lansforsakringar Bank sells €500 million of 4% green notes due 2027
Chicago, Jan. 19 – Lansforsakringar Bank AB sold €500 million of 4% green senior preferred notes due 2027 (A1/A), according to a term sheet.
The notes priced at 99.678 to yield 4.089%.
UBS Europe, SE, Commerzbank, Danske Bank, HSBC Continental Europe and NatWest Markets NV are the bookrunners. UBS Europe SE, DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale, Landesbank Hessen-Thuringen Girozentrale and Norddeutsche Landesbank – Girozentrale were also bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used to finance or refinance green loans.
The issuer is the fifth largest Swedish bank and is based in Stockholm.
