GigaMonster asks for another extension of exclusive plan periods

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 12 – GigaMonster Networks, LLC is seeking a third extension of its exclusive periods to file and solicit votes on a Chapter 11 plan, according to a motion filed Tuesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Specifically, the company asked the court to extend the exclusive plan filing period through March 11 from Dec. 12 and the exclusive solicitation period through May 13 from Feb. 12.

The company said that since the second extension order, the debtors have been continuing to conduct a claims reconciliation in preparation for a plan process.

A hearing is scheduled for Jan. 30.

The Marietta, Ga.-based internet provider filed bankruptcy on Jan. 16, 2023 under Chapter 11 case number 23-10051.
