Times Square Crowne Plaza official creditor committee formed

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 11 – Times Square JV LLC, which owns the Crowne Plaza hotel in Times Square in New York, had its official committee of unsecured creditors appointed, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

The three members are Holiday Hospitality Franchising, LLC, based in Atlanta, Consolidated Edison Co. of New York, Inc., based in New York, and Audio Visual Management Solutions, based in Seattle.

The hotel owner filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Dec. 28 under case number 22-11715.
