S&P: Carestream on negative watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed its B+ corporate credit rating on Carestream Health Inc. on CreditWatch with negative implications.

The CreditWatch listing indicates that the agency could either affirm or lower the rating following the completion of our analysis.

S&P said the listing reflects its initial assessment that the proposed dividend recapitalization could materially degrade Carestream's financial risk profile, which it currently views as "aggressive."
