Moody’s stabilizes Crown Castle view

Moody’s Investors Service said it revised its outlook for Crown Castle Inc. to stable from positive and affirmed its ratings, including Baa3 senior unsecured debt rating.

“Moody's changed Crown Castle's outlook to stable from positive because of the REIT's increasing leverage and weakening coverage ratios and sizeable debt-funded capital investment plan. The outlook also reflects the assumption that the ongoing strategic review of the fiber segment will not result in actions that meaningfully affect the REIT's credit risk profile,” the agency said in a press release.
