Emeria talks €400 million five-year secured notes to yield 7¾%-8%

Portland, Ore., Jan. 31 – Emeria SASU talked its €400 million offering of five-year senior secured notes (B2) to yield 7¾% to 8%, according to market sources.
The deal was marketed on an investor roadshow that was scheduled to conclude on Monday.
Global coordinator and physical bookrunner Deutsche Bank will bill and deliver. BNP Paribas is also a global coordinator and physical bookrunner.
The notes come with two years of call protection.
The France-based property management company plans to use the proceeds to fund cash to its balance sheet.
