Cardinal Energy extends revolving period of credit facility to Oct. 30

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 30 – Cardinal Energy Ltd. received approval to extend the revolving period of its existing reserves-based credit facility by a month to Oct. 30, according to a news release.

The credit facility will continue to be available on a revolving basis until that date.

The date for the redetermination of the borrowing base has also been extended to Oct. 30.

Calgary, Alta.-based Cardinal Energy is an oil-focused company with operations in Alberta.
