Fitch rates Asia Sermkij Leasing notes A

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A(tha) national long-term rating to Asia Sermkij Leasing PCL’s upcoming issuance of Thai baht senior unsecured notes.

“The senior unsecured notes are rated at the same level as ASK's national long-term rating as they represent the company's unsubordinated and unsecured obligations,” the agency said in a press release.

The proceeds will be used for debt repayment and working capital.

The outlook is stable.
