Bird Global’s official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 5 – Bird Global, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed, according to a notice filed Friday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.

The members are Vodafone US, Inc., based in New York, Alesia Truxell, based in Pittsburg, and Lloyd’s of London Syndicates 1969 & 1971, based in London.

Bird Global is an electric bike rental company with headquarters in Miami. The company filed bankruptcy on Dec. 20 under Chapter 11 case number 23-20514.
