Enel hosts investor calls for dollar-denominated sustainability bond

Chicago, Oct. 5 – Enel Finance International NV and Enel Finance America LLC held investor calls on Tuesday for an offering of dollar-denominated sustainability bonds, according to a market source.

The offering is expected to come in multiple tranches and will be guaranteed by Enel SpA.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the arrangers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The multinational company is an integrated operator in the global power, gas and renewables markets.
