Pipeline Health official committee of unsecured creditors appointed

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 13 – Pipeline Health System, LLC’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by Region 7 U.S. trustee Kevin M. Epstein, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The members are Alexa Zanolli for Shiftwise, Inc., based in Dallas, Marc Bonora for Fastaff LLC, based in Greenwood Village, Colo., Julie Moore for Agiliti Health Inc., based in Eden Prairie, Minn., Marc Brown for EBM Clean, based in Elk Grove, Ill., Shane Reed for Medline Industries LP, based in Northfield, Ill., Andrew Buis for Zimmer US, Inc., based in Warsaw, Ind., and Steven Schaefer for Tenet Healthcare Corp., based in Dallas.

Pipeline Health System is an El Segundo, Calif.-based community-focused health care network. It filed bankruptcy on Oct. 2 under Chapter 11 case number 22-90291.
