QualTek expects to emerge from bankruptcy around July 14

Chicago, July 7 – QualTek Services Inc. pinned down a date for expected emergence from its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case in an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission: July 14.

The company’s plan was approved on June 30.

QualTek is a Blue Bell, Pa.-based provider of turnkey services to the North American telecommunications, infrastructure and power industries. The company filed bankruptcy on May 24 under Chapter 11 case number 23-90584.
