New Issue: China’s Tongren Energy sells $67 million 6% bonds due 2024

Chicago, Sept. 12 – Tongren Energy Investment Group Ltd. sold $67 million of 6% bonds due 2024, according to an offering document.

The notes priced at par.

Golden Continent Securities Co., Ltd., Shenwan Hongyuan (H.K.) and AMC Wanhai Securities Ltd. wre the joint global coordinators.

They were joined by joint bookrunners Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Hong Kong Branch, Soochow Securities (Hong Kong) and China Galaxy International.

Proceeds will be used to refinance offshore debt, general corporate purposes and to replenish working capital.

The issuer is one of the predominant investment groups in Guizhou Province, with a focus on construction, sales of natural gas, charging piles and supply of electricity in Tongren City, Guizhou Province.
