Arizona Natural Resources gets credit facility via Monroe Capital

New York, Sept. 15 – Arizona Natural Resources closed on a senior credit facility for which Monroe Capital LLC acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent, according to a news release.

Proceeds were used to support the acquisition of Contract Filling Inc.

Arizona Natural Resources is a Phoenix-based contract manufacturer, formulator and distributor of customized hair care, skin care, fragrance and cosmetic products. Contract Filling is a Cedar Grove, N.J.-based contract manufacturer of high-end fragrances, deodorants and cosmetic products.
