Moody's: CapRock unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said the acquisition of CapRock Communications, Inc. by Harris Corp. (senior unsecured Baa1) does not affect CapRock's B2 corporate family rating or the ratings on its secured bank debt at this time.

The agency said CapRock's debt will likely be repaid upon the close of the transaction, at which point Moody's will likely withdraw all ratings on CapRock.
