Final Bell closes $13 million tranche of term loan facility

Chicago, Aug. 30 – Final Bell Holdings International Ltd. closed on a $13 million tranche of a senior secured term loan facility with Golden Iris International Ltd., the company said in a press release.

Final Bell used the loan to fully retire its senior secured convertible notes.

Based in Vancouver, the company operates in the legal cannabis space.
