Gissing North America posts $2.14 million net loss for December

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 25 – Gissing North America LLC reported a $2.14 million net loss on negative $55,417 of gross income or sales for December, according to its monthly operating report filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

To compare, the company posted a $41,629 net loss on $6.17 million of gross income or sales for November.

The cash balance at the end of December was $61,296, down from $1.85 million at the end of November.

The Bingham Farms, Mich.-based company is a manufacturer of acoustic systems for the automotive industry. The company filed bankruptcy on Aug. 8 under Chapter 11 case number 22-46160.
