Prospect News reports two new defaults for July 28-Aug. 3

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 5 – Prospect News reported two new defaults for the period of July 28 through Aug. 3.

Specifically, Prospect News reported Chapter 11 filings made by Sandy Road Farms, LLC and Alex Jones’ Free Speech Systems LLC.

Prospect News also reported a missed interest payment by Endo International plc and a missed interest and principal payment by Zhenro Properties Group Ltd., but both companies had defaulted previously several times.

So far in 2022, Prospect News has reported 91 defaults, including 42 Chapter 11 filings, 23 missed interest payments, 13 missed interest and principal payments, six Chapter 15 filings, two liquidations, and one each of Chapter 7 filings, reorganizations, administrations and bankruptcy filings.

The two companies that filed Chapter 11 during the week reported at least $15.33 million in assets and at least $129.16 million in liabilities.
