Kinsale Capital amends and restates $100 million revolver
Chicago, July 22 – Kinsale Capital Group, Inc. reported that it amended and restated its $100 million revolving credit agreement on Friday with JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA as administrative agent and issuing bank, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be at SOFR plus a 10 basis points credit spread adjustment and a spread of 162.5 basis points.
The commitment fee will be 25 bps.
JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA is the bookrunner and the lead arranger.
Truist Bank is the syndication agent.
Proceeds may be used for general corporate purposes.
Kinsale is a specialty insurance company based in Richmond, Va.
