Fitch rates LXP Industrial notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a BBB rating to the LXP Industrial Trust’s planned unsecured notes.

The agency last reviewed LXP’s ratings on March 22 and took no action.

The proceeds are expected to be used to repay the balance on its $600 million unsecured revolving credit facility and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
