LendInvest plans to launch exchange offer following roadshow

Los Angles, July 5 – LendInvest plc is planning an exchange offer and sterling bond, subject to market conditions, according to a news release,

The company announced on Monday a roadshow to meet with professional fixed-income investors.

LendInvest is a technology-focused property finance asset manager based in London.
