Madison Square Boys & Girls Club reports $1.56 million May net loss

Olympia, Wash., July 5 – Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, Inc. reported a $1.56 million net loss for May on $153,218 of gross income, according to its monthly operating report filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

In comparison, the company reported a $599,218 net loss for April on $870,852 of gross income.

The cash balance at the end of May was $5.89 million, down from $6.43 million at the end of April.

The New York-based non-profit after-school program provider filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 29, 2022 under case number 22-10910.
