New Issue: Barclays sells $20 million floating-rate notes on one-year U.S. dollar SOFR ICE swap rate

Columbus, Ohio, March 7 – Barclays Bank plc priced $20 million of floating-rate notes due Aug. 28, 2025 linked to one-year U.S. dollar SOFR ICE swap rate, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will be the reference rate plus 80 basis points, subject to a minimum interest rate of 0%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
