Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $50 million of floating rate notes due Oct. 18, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will bear interest at the one-year U.S. Dollar SOFR ICE swap rate plus 70 basis points, subject to a floor of 0%. Interest will be reset and payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par plus accrued interest.
