Columbus, Ohio, June 14 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $1.04 million of capped floating-rate notes due June 14, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will accrue at the one-year U.S. dollar SOFR ICE swap rate plus 40 basis points with a floor of 0% and a ceiling of 8%. Interest is payable quarterly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
