Columbus, Ohio, March 31 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. priced $50 million of fixed and floating rate notes due April 29, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will 6.25% for the first six months. After April 29, 2024, interest will equal the one-year U.S. Dollar SOFR ICE swap rate plus 20 basis points, subject to a floor of 0.5%.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par.
