Singapore’s ESR-Logos REIT swaps issuer on series 7, series 8 notes
Chicago, Nov. 28 – ESR-Logos REIT announced the changing of its trustee on its perpetual securities, which also means that the principal debtor responsible for the perpetual securities will be the new trustee, according to a notice.
The changes apply to the outstanding S$125 million 2.6% series 7 notes due 2026 (ISIN: SGXF98926540) and the outstanding S$150 million 5˝% series 8 subordinated perpetual securities (ISIN: SGXF83518468).
The new trustee is Perpetual (Asia) Ltd., substituting for RBC Investor Services Trust Singapore Ltd., the original trustee.
The deeds of novation are dated Nov. 25.
ESR-REIT invests in industrial properties. The company is based in Singapore.
