Fitch rates Kinetik notes BB+

Fitch Ratings said it assigned BB+/RR4 ratings to Kinetik Holdings LP's planned offering of senior unsecured notes.

The agency last reviewed Kinetik’s BB+ ratings on Aug. 17 and took no action.

The proceeds will be used to repay a portion of the company's term loan A.

The outlook is positive.
