Deutsche Bank unit buys back €3 billion covered bonds due 2022

Concord, N.H., May 31 – Deutsche Bank SpA repurchased its €3 billion of floating-rate bonds due July 28, 2022 (ISIN: IT0005115024) issued under its €4 billion covered bond program, according to a company notice.

The covered bonds were purchased on May 27, and the issuer requested delisting of the bonds, also effective on May 27.

The issuer is a Naples, Italy-based subsidiary of Frankfurt-based bank Deutsche Bank AG.
